Accounts And Access
- You are responsible for your Minecraft account, wallet, login details, and any activity connected to them.
- LandVerse may limit, suspend, or remove access for rule violations, security issues, fraud, exploit abuse, or service protection.
- LandVerse is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, Robinhood, or any wallet provider.
Wallets And $LAND Utility
- Wallet verification uses signature checks. LandVerse never needs your private key or seed phrase.
- $LAND features are game utility features for server access, perks, trades, ranks, and progression systems.
- Nothing on LandVerse is financial advice, an investment offer, or a promise of profit, price, liquidity, or future value.
Purchases And Perks
- Digital perks, ranks, kits, trades, and utility features may change, expire, be rebalanced, or be removed if needed for gameplay, security, or compliance.
- Abuse, chargebacks, fraud, stolen funds, exploit use, or account sharing can result in removal of perks and access.
- Unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise, digital purchases are final once delivered or activated.
Availability And Changes
LandVerse may update, pause, reset, migrate, or discontinue parts of the website, server, economy, plugins, maps, or game systems. Services are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandVerse is not responsible for indirect losses, lost items, lost profits, token price changes, wallet mistakes, third-party outages, or damage caused by player behavior or external services.
